The work was performed efficiently, and the clean up was meticulous. They even replaced an old skylight with a new one and did not change the price. They give you a report with project photos of the entire process and completed roof at the end of the installation and go through a walk around check list. Their people were so good I hired them to install new rain gutters and some other wood replacement on the house we recently purchased. I highly recommend this company. Well worth every dollar I spent on the quality work I contracted them to perform.

We were very pleased with the quality of materials used and the workmanship. We liked the fact that there was a project manager on site the entire time the crew was working. Also, impressed with the cleanliness of the job site and that all debris was picked up. Project Manager answered any questions we had regarding the work in progress. Work was completed in two days! Love the results! Have referred them to our neighbors and others!

Tridom Roofing was always very professional in every way. Their representatives were well spoken and followed up on their words. The personnel on the job were courteous and knowledgable about their jobs and the materiels being used. Tools used on the job were always top of the line and any tools not on hand were quickly obtained for the workers. I always felt that Tridom Roofing was working for me and was not just for getting a job done and get paid.

I had my roof replaced about 14 years ago by one of the most respected roofers in the Houston area and I expected it to last longer, especially after it took them 5 days to install, but I began to see some rotting wood and a leak. I called original company and was not impressed with their response. One call to Tridom was all it took and I had not only a new roof, but a understanding of what was not done correctly with previous company. Odd thing for me to say…but I TRUST these folks.

They did outstanding work. My neighbors are haters now. They did a real good job. They have done several roofs in my neighborhood but ours is the nicest one.

The man who was in charge of organizing everything, Johnston, was really amazing. He communicated well with us. He explained things well. For being a younger man, he managed his staff of older men very well.

Tridom Roofing did a outstanding job repairing damage to my home from hurricane Harvey.We installed a new roof on my home and garage.The materials used- owens corning shingles and metal roofing for garage were excellent.Also Tridom Roofing sales /project manager Chris Overman was extremely caring and went above and beyond the call of duty frequently to help take care of any issues.Tridom Roofing workers are also excellent.

The crew was very professional. And the guy that I dealt with (Chris Y.) blew me away. He completely dissolved my initial feelings about contractors. He was amazing. He communicated exceptionally well, and reassured me when it came to dealing with the insurance company.

Very professional. Kept in constant contact either via calls or texts. Responded to calls and texts within minutes and always very courteous and professional. Provided progress pictures and explained EVERYTHING thoroughly. Was told originally would be a 2 day project, but they were able to complete it all in one day. Johnston Camp is an asset to this company!! I couldn’t be any happier with him or the work completed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking.

The process what’s seamless. I had my whole roof replaced and they did everything from explaining how to work with the insurance company, doing the work while I was away, hiring at and all subs all the way to project completion. They were a great pleasure and constantly communicated as much as I needed to. Amazing work.

I was very pleased with this roof installation. The workers were very conscientious and produced a high quality install . Also, the crew supervisor Will Hatchell did a great job answering all my questions and made sure that everything I wanted done was completed as discussed prior to the start of the job.
